Response Time

Master Software Global will ensure that a Customer Care team member will answer your query as soon as possible. Master Software Global offers a 4 hour response time from the time the problem was logged.

Email and Fax Support

Email and fax support lets you email or fax the friendly Customer Care team at any time. They will then respond to your query during helpdesk hours by email, fax or by phone.

Dial-in Support

Dial-in support is available during help desk hours. If an issue within the software can not be rectified by phone, fax or email, a Customer Care team member  may assist you by dialing into your computer system.

Important

Teamviewer and an internet connection (ADSL or faster preferred) are required for online support.

You can download the customer module from www.teamviewer.com - Please install and run this software onto your desktop, it is free to use for personal use. 

Teamviewer with over 10 million users is safe and endorsed by Master Software Global as the preferred method of online support.

 

Help Desk Hours

Customer Care for software is provided during help desk hours. Help desk hours are from 9am to 5:30pm EST Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Telephone Support

Telephone support entitles you to phone the friendly Customer Care team members during help desk hours. The team member will address the problem with you over the phone.

After Hours Support

Just when you thought no-one would be there to help you during those early or late hours of the day - we are! Customer Care offers after-hours help desk support to members and non-members.
